Affordable Commercial Garage Doors

Hormann H-225P and H-224P garage doors come in two choices of material: 25 or 24 gauge hot-dipped galvanized steel. No matter which door suits your needs best, all H-225P and H-224P doors are manufactured to the highest quality standards and come with FingerGuard™ pinch-resistant section joints as standard.

H-225P – Non-insulated garage door/ 25 ga. steel garage door / 2" sections

Insulated Commercial Garage Door

Hormann H-200S garage doors are 3-layer bonded construction with a hot-dipped galvanized, finished steel front and back enclosing a HCFC-free polystyrene core. The 2" thick garage door sections with an R value of 8.9 provide a smooth and quiet garage door operation.

H-200S – Polystyrene insulated garage door / 25 ga. steel garage door / 2" sections

Specifications

	Engineering Excellence • Unique precision hinges with solid pivoting shaft to minimize wear on moving parts to provide long service life of your new garage door. • All center hinges utilize a steel reinforcing backer plate for added structural integrity of your new garage door. • Deep tongue and groove section profile adds to the garage door’s overall structural integrity and its long term performance
	Durability H-200S garage door panels are prepared inside and out to offer maximum protection against the adverse effects of the elements to provide you with a long-lasting surface finish and reduced maintenance cost. First, hot dipped galvanizing is applied to the steel substrate, followed by a baked-on polyester base coat and a durable baked-on polyester finish coat. We use this steel finish on both, the inside and outside door skins which are bonded to the HCFC-free polystyrene core.
	Safety The uniquely designed FingerGuard™ pinch-resistant section joints prevent fingers from getting caught between the garage door sections. This increases the safety of your facility and reduces the risk of injuries which may result in worker’s compensation claims.

Premium Commercial Garage Door

H-300U commercial garage doors offer 1-3/4" thick two sided steel ribbed sections and CFC free polyurethane insulation with an R value of 16.4 for exceptional energy efficiency and structural integrity.

H-300U – Polyurethane insulated garage door / 26 ga. steel garage door / 1-3/4" sections

Specifications

	Energy Efficiency Thermal Break The top and bottom of each section has a 1/8" gap between the two steel joints  Insulation Polyurethane is laid in during the manufacturing process and is self-laminating to each skin during a continuous curing cycle. Twin Joint Seal Sections are equipped with bi-directional twin seals.
	Durability Steel Reinforcement Plate Provides structural integrity and rigidity to each section. Insures solid attachment of hardware to each garage door section. Embossed Exterior Surface The exterior skin is made of 26 ga. galvanized steel in ribbed design. The exterior surface is painted with a two-coat paint system.

 

Low Maintenance Commercial Garage Door

Hormann's H-400P commercial garage doors are made of durable, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) door panels that are virtually maintenance-free. They will never need painting and rigid reinforcements provide structural strength to last a lifetime.

H-400P – High density polyethylene garage door / 1-3/4" sections

Specifications

	Lasting durability The woodgrain-textured, high density polyethylene panels provide strength and corrosion resistance.
	Extra protection Vinyl weatherseal between the sections and panels and the U-shaped bottom weatherseal help keep the weather out to protect the garage door and property from dirt and wear
